Podcast humanity test from MADD Canada

By Nathan Rudyk

I invite you to take a three minute podcast humanity test courtesy of Mother's Against Drunk Driving (MADD Canada).

To take the test, after reading this blog entry, click here to listen.

Ask yourself if you haven't been emotionally affected and drawn to MADD Canada's cause in the first 180 seconds of this 10 minute podcast.

Then ask yourself if Web site copy, a print brochure, a newsletter or a press release can hold a candle to the communications power of this podcast - a unique Web 2.0 power that replaces media-dependent marketing filters with media-enhancing marketing enablers.

As a bonus question, ask yourself if Web 2.0 communications has a place in your marketing mix.

I'll blog more about how this podcast - one in a three-part series that market2world produced with CG&A Communications to launch MADD Canada's "Rating the Provinces and Territories: The 2006 Report Card") - came to be and what it's achieved since its launch on Oct. 19th.

Let me know how you fared in the test.

(Nathan Rudyk is President of market2world communications inc., Canada's Web 2.0 tech product launch and public relations agency, and founder of Ottawa's OCRIRadio.com tech business podcast)
