Consider Canada City Alliance takes China by storm (with brand created by market2world)

In 2011 Economic development executives from 11 large Canadian cities across the country tasked market2world with creating and launching a new bilingual brand to help promote foreign direct investment into Canada. Formally incorporated by the same 11 cities this Spring, the Consider Canada City Alliance Inc. put that brand to the test in China last week. In an era where most of global GDP and innovation takes place in the world's top cities, the organization's founding President, Michael Darch, drives home the common sense of Canadian cities banding together to create opportunity abroad.

ConsiderCanada.com and CanadaEnTete.com herald new collaborative era for C-11 cities

Today was the culmination of months of work for the market2world team on a new Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) initiative we created with Canada's C-11 large cities. It started with a brand-building exercise this fall, and today culminated in the PR launch of ConsiderCanada.com and CanadaEnTete.com, Web sites that present Canada's large cities as a unified force for attracting new trade and investment opportunities. Today's launch occured after a recent statement by Finn Poschmann, vice-president research at the C.D. Howe Institute, that "Canada’s international reputation as a destination for capital and investment is better than it has been for a generation."
